From a Russian IP address. What would you expect any diligent fraud department to think? You eventually contacted me on skype, offered no answers to my respectful questions and all I received is threats about a GFY post.
Any affiliate programs looking for an affiliate who can send some good joins, please don't hesitate to contact this unnammed person at their ICQ 55555555 he has a few joins a day to send your way.
This type of scenario simply does not jive with our fraud management guidelines.
