Gawd forbid that ever happens, but if it does---that's when you HAVE to find something about that girl that sexually turns you on, be it her nipples, her eyes, her smile, her lips, her "whatever"; if that doesn't work, fantasize that she's one of the girls that you've previously "worked with" that had you rock hard; then, concentrate on whatever excites you and sexually enjoy it to professionally get the rest of the scene done.
