What you should do is start branding that good domain name that you purchased instead of sending traffic to another domain name...like webcams.com
Make a cool logo, and use one of the good white labels available...and keep your traffic. Let people start to remember your domain name.
As far as traffic, you can purchase spots, buy hardlinks, and traffic. Bottom line is you paid for a great domain name so you should at least promote that name.
