Does running an affiliate program really work? Yes. So really it's a give and take.
Yes a GOOD affiliate program can make good money but that requires not only a dedicated webmaster getting new content, but also someone to manager the affiliates and get new ones, and a skilled website designer to put together a visually appealing website that appeals to surfers.
