testosterone in men starts to decline at around age 30

you don't have to be completely out of range to get a prescription for testosterone or these hormones if your doctor knows what he's doing and listens to you... just because you're within range of testosterone or igf-1 (hgh marker) doesn't necessarily mean it is benefiting you the way it *should*
