Aging men have an option (and so do post menopausal women) thanks to advancements in medicine today. Simply ACCEPT that they're old, worn out & tired (regardless of diet and exercise) or combat aging with an anti-aging protocol.
It is purely a quality of life issue, if you have no problems with aging and slowing down then you'd never need to bother. For others, it makes all the difference in the world.

If you compare a person who has worked out all their life at the age of say 60 with another guy who never has - there is a massive difference....
Anti ageing anit gonna do shit for you if you already are not looking after yourself.... there is no magic pill
Even steroids will not do anything for you if you do not train hard
First comes looking after yourself and then to compliment your hard work you can use other things to give you an "edge"
