holy shit does this bring back memories. i no longer have pictures or even my old bikes. i lived bmx, raced both amateur and pro for a short time. never was much for street freestyle and was into just racing, ramps, and bowls. riding 8-10+ hours a day was delightful and almost like a holiday. riding miles was no task and it was a form of punishment almost when i had to ride the bus to school instead if by bike. i could go on and on like a few of you and it is a blast of old memories, many great and a few painful.
last bike was my blue alloy race inc. remember the day i finished assembling it to take it out for its first ride. the bike was so light that when i reached the small street hill near my house and started to peddle as i would my previous bike and the damn thing fliped up from under me and i landed on my back with my head ringing and at the same time shock and delight in feeling how light that was. was a very sad period when they went out of biz in 84 along with my sponsorship.
