Need i to trade traffic with other tubes?

And how can i trade? Trade like Main Page (my tube) >> Main Page (trader tube)

Or Video Page to Video Page?
Or just toplist trade?
Or maybe category trade? I mean teens category to teens category?

Which prod can i expect? 200%? 500%? Is it easier to grow up tubesite than tgps nowadays?

I have bad situation with my tgps, i think people don't like tgps anymore, they don't want to click the thumbs so my tgps have 5k skim traffic and it doesn't grow up anymore. I don't know how bravo groups tgps have 100k tgp sites.
