They will buy memberships if you offer quality content with their languages.

Thank you! Very informative. One of my sites is on some kind of list somewhere in China, and I get about 8K to 15K hits per day from China. No sales at all, just suckin up the bandwidth. I'm tempted to turn the pages off for a few days to get off that list.
