I hear ya.
The main issue I had when building sites and submitting galleries was my work was too clean. That meant I did not convert as well as my competition. That's why I was building the sites up and selling them for money. That's what I was good at.
When I built dansmovies I had one traffic trade and did not skim any of the thumbs. There were zero ads on the site so people would bookmark it like crazy. It cost me 300/mth to host back then and I made zero sales because I wanted to keep the site clean with plans to sell it to somebody.
Anyways, marketing was not my strong point. lol
I have learned to SEO my current sites and its going very well. Building blogs is what I enjoy doing so it would be great to find a job in that field.
