This time i figured i would post this publicly because our content as well as many others' has been on this site several times even after having contacted the above mentioned persons. We recently released an exgirlfriend style site FuckOverMyEx.com and i understand the difficulties of coming up with this type of content, but if you can't do it legitimately don't do it!
I know we will be getting the same response now when we contact these guys AGAIN. "We're sorry, its user submitted content. We'll remove it immediately and ban the member". The same story one too many times, this has to STOP NOW! |
As you are probably already aware, there is a law called DMCA, which gives any site permission to use your content, so long as they remove it when requested and claim that it was user submitted.
They will most likely continue to steal and use your content on their paysite, no matter how many times you request that they remove it, because the law says they are within their rights to do so. Unfortunately, that's just how it is.
