I think you have a bug in your submitter. When I fill in all fields correctly and submit, it says "You Submit Was Incomplete". There is no indication of what the problem might be, so I have no idea what might have been incomplete.
When I go back to the form and re-submit (without changing anything), it gives this error:
You Submit Was Incomplete
1. Your Site is already in our database
I think you have it programmed to always say it is incomplete.
