I was raised to open the doors for women even if I do not know them. I opened doors for women until I was in my mid-20s and living in Seattle. In Seattle women are much more indoctrinated my leftist/communist ideology so often I would get women not thanking me for opening the door and sometimes they would even look at me like I was being an asshole for doing something courteous.

So I have stopped opening the doors for women. Yesterday in LA a women got angry at me for not opening the door for her.
