So, Butthole Surfers it is...
Back in the 80's the band played a gig at San Jose State University, where I was on the Program Board (responsible for scheduling concerts, etc).
We booked the Butthole Surfers. One of the audience got a little over-zealous and head-butted a fairly expensive painting, prompting calls to ban the band permanently, but ultimately the painting repairs were paid for, and the band subsequently has made many appearances over the years at SJSU.
