I don't think the Dirty D scandal alone will help, but as more and more sponsors stop paying out, pay out late, or selectively payout, it's going to reflex really bad on programs who do their own payouts in house.
Sometimes holding affiliates money is too much power for some people to have. Which is a shame cause there's alot of honest program out there doing their own in house payouts but a few bad apples could potentially hurt them. imho
