Not really. The incorporation process is just that...."a process" and as such can be priced and displayed (as 90% of companies in this market do). In EVERY case there are specific paperwork and government requirements and fees, and incorporator fees etc pertinent to the particular jurisdiction, and various add on sevices that are also generally standard in price and can be quoted.

Cost of additional specific consultations or advices are of course a different matter, but a company incorporation can and should be quoted.... at least as a guideline, and in my opinion failing to do it is either lazy or unprofessional, and they won't get my money, but if I am in the minority on this, so be it, no skin off my nose **
