I agree with you... it should be legal. But just like marijuana and gambling it's unregulated except in Nevada (not including medical marijuana)
If the government can't tax it and make money off it they're going to keep it illegal...if they tried to pass any regulations were they ran safe legal alternatives the old baby boomer types and religious right wings would go ape shit and say these are sins and on and on and on. It would never pass.
