I'm not taking any sides in this, but if Turboface believes he is in the right, he should contact a lawyer and handle it thru proper legal channels, not the GFY Jury. Its quite obvious Kman and Moses are handling it as such.
No company is going to post logs of usernames, rebills, stats, card numbers etc, (which are deemed and agreed to be private and confidential btw), and risk having it be invalidated should the issue go before a judge.

Well from a GFY standpoint kmaxrox needs to back up his claim of calling Turbo a scammer/carder. In the other thread he claims to have had to refund all the sales that were not charged back, and yet the screencap that Moses had no problem posting of the Jan 1st activity did not show this.
If you're going to call someone a scammer, you need to post the proof. A high chargeback rate proves nothing other than the traffic being piss poor, or the site not offering what is claimed on the tour. It doesn't mean the webmaster is a scammer.
My stance is purely from an A vs. B situation. I am a webmaster myself and would not take too kindly to someone calling me a scammer on the boards because traffic I purchased ended up being of shit quality with questionable signups.
