I was told there was another session in the next couple of weeks concerning this case.
From where I sit - I would sue Shellee Hale before Id sue him.
Why bother going after someone that cant afford to pay damages?
I remember doing an interview with Wired magazine on the AEE convention floor during all of the OneBit antics. The guy sure did know how to get the outsiders involved - Ill give him that!
