FYI, the Porn Directory Project is free from reciprocals, so no hassle with backlinks and such, just post your sites. If you have a lot of sites you want to include then a CSV file with URL and Title whould be great. Saves us both a lot of time.
About "letting of steam", I hear you m8! The trick of counting to 10 does not always help for me as well and hitting the submit/send button is sometimes incredible tempting.
