Hi Jessie, James just let me know you forgot good one. ---- Mediacoder & NT from ShangHai China, and can use it to do almost of all format.
Mediacoder NT is very good for H.264, however must connect the server, and sometimes the server is very busy so that often disconnected.
By the way, sometimes sound and picture are not synchronized encoding by MediaCoder ipod Edition. and can not encoding into iPod .m4v File Extension.
Anyway, i have to recognize it's professional, and it's free!
