I finally got through, talked to the same person I had about 45 minutes ago.
She said I was lucky to get back through and that I was her first call this morning for the first set of rooms.
Phew. Looking forward to another great Forum!
(And the way our winter has been treating us, it's gonna be heavenly weather.)
