Back to iriginal point of thread was does this term (teenager) even mean 18-19 to porn surfers? I doubt it. I dont think it really does because no man going to a "teenager porn" site is looking for 19 year olds. They are looking for girls holding teddy bears and sucking lollipops and laying in a room dressed up like hannah Montana fan. far from 19 year old fantasy, but do I care? No. If they are legal film them doiong whatever and call it whatever.
Fantasy is fantasy I dont care one way or the other, but we must be honest with ourself. I do tons of promo for stuff I wouldnt view myself, but I know guys like different things so I dont casre what the next guy likes unless it really involves children.
