It used to be that people would search your gallery/freesite which didn't have massive amounts of content and then move right to the sponsor, but now were trying harder to keep the surfer on freesites longer before getting them to sponsor, by enticing them with way more content then they can watch in a lifetime.
Problem is.... it's working so well, they aren't leaving the site/tube anymore, because they don't need to.
When people chime in about "quality" and "microniche", let's be clear... porn is becoming more of a luxury than a necessity... I like chocolate bars, but I don't buy one every day. As with all things luxury, to entice the surfer you really got to hang it almost all out there and then keep the good stuff IN THE MEMBERS AREA. Stuff that you can't get on freesites or tubes.
So, model sites that don't have live cams OF THE ACTUAL MODEL OF THE SITE? Will all be gone in the next 3-5 years... As an industry, you should be brainstorming about this "What can I have in my members area that cannot be duplicated?"
Then what I would do is release all the image galleries for free, under a fake login, that upsells when you want to view the video/live content. Just a suggestion... don't hate... but participate.
