I need a new skin for the videoplayer on oneclicktube.com, needs to be less bulky.

I had someone hired who made it halfway, then he vanished and i didnt see him for the last 2 months.

Who can make a simple skin for a videoplayer?
If you can integrate it, it would be even better.

Reliable people please, and not someone who will tell me to pay upfront and vanish..
