no one at the dealership has software level database knowledge of this system. There is not a single person there who would be able to give you field names, etc. Dealership employees see this system as data management, nothing else.
There are two very large companies who provide and maintain this integrated dealership management software, on is Reynolds and Reynolds. Franchise dealers pay 10s of thousands of dollars a year for this software and support.
If you are trying to make a plug in, I suggest you try to get in touch with an ex Reynolds and Reynolds employee.
