great, so lisa contacted me before 17 minutes. after two minutes i pinged her back, described the problem and asked what we can do about it, from then nobody replied. i asked if she is working on it, no reply. incredible, she is working two minutes per day. incredible support, no more reply is needed. traffic go somewhere else
