Everybody who walks into an ER gets "free" healthcare. "free" because your insurance premiums just go up to cover it. How was that workin for ya? Pretty shit poor I'd say.
Oh and dont worry, there are already plans to give tax breaks to poor people who cant afford the mandate. In 4 years when it's set to kick in, assuming it's not changed or ammended or overturned.
Either way, nothing that you see from homeless people will change. They walk in today and get free care, and they'll walk in tomorrow and get free care.
