First off it?s a good idea; people like odd shit and love searching fucked up queries. To develop it first thing I would refine a few issues I see on the main page and results and then start with the marketing.
Fixes: integrate VOD, Tube, and Sex toys into the search and have top lists on each instead of offsite links, if you do this you can put shit that people will identify your site with while keeping them on your site till the last possible minute.
?Fuck it? button should go to something insane, and get progressively worse send to 2girls1cup eel girl rick roll but make it worse and worse as they click it.
On the menu change out the offsite links keep them internal and add a sign option (when people sign up give them something of benefit for signing up, like some content that isn?t open to others, i.e. top 10 lists or an RSS that isn?t available to non signed in members, something like that.)
In the menu add in blog, and whenever you can blog about working on the site, on the content you found searching on the weirdest search, shit that would be of interest to anyone at the site.
The
under 18 link change that from google to a link to a picture of a disapproving parent pointing at the screen and saying: ?I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING! STOP FAPPING TO WIERD SHIT AND WATCH TWILIGHT ALREADY!? Or something similarly flippant or something you would say.
404 pages are important copy the idea and style of this especially with the title of the site you could do something cool here that would add to the fun.

Remove the banners from the search result and do integrated ad plugs or spots that come up in results.
Marketing:
First: it?s a cool idea and can be viral to an extent but because you use porn in the domain some people won?t link to it, so you need to work out ways to get the links passed around, look at a potential URL shortener of your own or build one in to the results to allow people to share search results easily.
Second: Grab twitter and other social media fan pages of your site and domain name; make sure you post from the blog I mentioned earlier to all your social representations.
Third: Set up pre done searches on twitter, facebook, google blogs, etc and then whenever you get a hit for something your site has a result for, post a link to your site on it, do this for maybe an hour a day 7 days a week get as many back links this way as possible from relevant searches and people, don?t just spam add value to the conversations or posts.
Fourth: Buy test traffic from tube searches ask if the ones that have tags are willing to sell specific odd tags and then use that to leverage the niche target you have.
Fifth: Use your social media accounts to push specific new content that is getting value for you.
Sixth: contact tgp?s mgp?s and any old school site see if they?ll put a search box on their site for PPC revenue from your search engine
Seventh: Create twitter integration with login add it in and push out daily top 10?s to twitter to garner search traffic from conversations.
Eighth: Build a wordpress plug-in that takes your search results and site and puts it on anyone using wordpress to build a blog, this will get some usage not a ton but it may increase your exposure.
Ninth: Leverage your search position and the weird aspect to discuss with odd paysite?s (i.e. amputee shit like that) and see if they would be willing to sponsor results for top click spots.
Tenth: repeat the third step.
Eleventh: Expand your site now that it?s probably growing to include reviews, scan review sites and find their odd categories then aggregate the content with a post back to the original review but place your link at the top of your use. (If you could integrate this into the search would be cool)
Twelfth: Take the search results you have now catalogued and build a battle for weirdest search, then build a facebook and social media integrated battle script where people can pass around the oddest shit searched for on your site.
At this point you would be much more viral and probably have decent numbers to start charging for inclusion on specific top spots. So I would integrate in a quality ad network or ad management system then monetize the spots yourself using geo filtering and ad management to get the best ROI per spot yourself as an affiliate, then offer it up to the sponsors if they want it instead you would know your VPC and could offer a fair deal on any ad spot.
Budgeting systems and financial concerns:
To start you would want to budget time as that is the easiest commodity you can throw at this to get it going, but once you start getting any return on the site, i would put it back into the site, whether you are talking development, advertising, or future, you want to plan and be specific with your budget.
So for me I would have my pre budget set at say 50% staffing (not you but someone else to work on the site when it can afford them use this money as freelance payment to start, so it would include your development and design costs) 20% current marketing, 5% reserve marketing, then the remaining 25% I would split into pots for say, hosting, research, mistakes, taxes. (taxes amount depends on who you are where you are for how you deal with it but make sure you plan out that in advance)
If you have questions about how to do this or anything just ask me.
