So it should read:
"Because Roosevelt who was the one who signed into "law". " - Okay, great, Roosevelt signed something into law. Got that much.
Then:

I assume this means that the WAR was the cause of the controversy, but maybe the WAR was the cause of him signing whatever it was that he signed into law. He then passed the baton. However, he would have passed the baton anyway to the next president, so maybe I am missing something here.

Roosevelt signed the War Powers Act of 1933... Which declared the American People enemies. YOU are a enemy of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, a corporation. Why? To pay the corporations debt.. And because of what they were about to do which is seize the gold and create "laws" > statutes to extract money from the population to pay said debt which are nothing more than company policy. And you are the employee.. The corporation continues to spend beyond its means so it must come up with new SCAMS to extract money from the population. Such as Health Care and Cap and Trade... Jay-Z is a sellout and he fits in to the "on to the next one" and quite frankly i wanted to hear some music. Good enough?
