The way the first part reads it says "An Act to define, regulate, and punish trading with the enemy, and for other purposes" then it supposedly is amended to include citizens. So this would mean if a citizen trading with enemies could be punished. I still see nothing that says US citizens are now considered an enemy of the state. I do see a lot of congressmen saying a bunch of stuff, let's not forget that many of these people simply want to get re-elected and they say all kinds of stuff that has no truth behind it simply to fire up their base and get votes. And even if what they are saying is accurate I am not talking about bankruptcy, I simply want proof that the US citizens are enemies of the state.
So, I still wait. Please show me the text in the war act that states that US citizens are considered enemies of the state.

Everyone is trading with the enemy.. It's not just the US citizens. EVERYONE is the enemy. And nearly every country has been modeled after the scheme and conned the same way.
WarChild I don't need to go anywhere. I'll live my life how and where I want and you are welcome to do the same. I'm not going to tell you how to live yours and I don;t expect you to tell me how to live mine. The law of the land.. Don't affect me physically or financially and we're all good. I'll return the favor.. If you and a few buddies get together and scheme up a way to extract some money from if "I" decide to participate then that's my choice. If you and your buds decide "force" me to participate then we have a problem.. Get it?
