I understand what you're saying. I was elaborating on the quote in OP that WMC did their checks, epass and wires payouts. that mail said the epass payments will be made in next 48hrs - which means DOJ didn't seize WMC's epass accounts - that's why i said those funds more or less safe, it seems.
