Does blaming the oil spill on Bush mean that we can blame 9/11 on Clinton?

Always blaming someone. It doesn't even matter whose fault it was. Get the damn thing fixed, make sure it doesn't happen again, and move forward. Bush is out of office, enough complaining about a man that hasn't written his own name in 18 months.
