Are all of you complete idiots?
This ruling means nothing for other tube sites. They did not even TRY to defend, they RAN AWAY when it happened, and so on... they also charged a MEMBERSHIP FEE to view the content... All of that is obviously a problem...
Most big tube sites out there do none of the above...
Again, this win by Titan means absolutely nothing for most tubes out there..
