iPhone 4 will only support video calling over WiFi. You will most likely be able to root it, but video calling over 3G is pretty shitty (I've tried it on my Evo).

Also, I don't know the quality of the video calling ... My guess is if you actually use this for all of your calls and you use it for hours and hours a month, you'd quickly bump up against the 2GB data transfer limit AT&T has imposed.

I forsee some problems in the future...
