I use cj.com, linkshare.com, google adsense, shopping.com etc... I tend to lean toward automated sites with google adsense and product feeds as manually updating hundreds of sites with the sponsors new deals every month is a pain in the ass so I like to set it and forget it. You have to read the individual terms for each program though to see what forms of advertising they approve of as most have keyword bidding rules etc...
