Anyone got their Hotmail accounts closed yesterday due to violation of TOS?

I got my hotmail accounts closed yesterday due to them saying it violated their TOS. I had both the account for over 2 years and never used did anything to violate their TOS. WTF?!

So I jumped through their online hoops to find out how I violated their TOS and this is the bullshit response I got from them:

Hello,

Thank you for writing to Windows Live Hotmail Customer Support. This is Jill and I gather that you are unable to access your [email protected] account. I understand how important this can be for you and your need for this issue to be addressed immediately.

We have reviewed your account and have determined that it was closed due to a Terms of Use (TOU) violation. To read our TOU, please visit http://help.live.com/help.aspx?project=tou&mkt=en-us.

If you pay for your account, please follow the instructions below to contact our Billing Department. Accounts that are closed due to Terms of Use violations do not receive a credit or a refund.

How to contact Windows Live Hotmail Billing Support:

1. Open your Internet browser.

2. Visit the following Web site: http://support.live.com

3. If the language and country that you want do not already appear under the MSN butterfly icon, click the language that appears, and then click the language and the country that you want.

4. Sign in by using your paid Hotmail account credentials.

5. Click "Windows Live Hotmail Plus," or click any of the other paid subscriptions that you have.

6. Under "Customer Service," click the button that corresponds to the type of support that you want.

We appreciate your continued support as we strive to provide you with the highest quality service available. Thank you for contacting Windows Live Hotmail.

Sincerely,

Windows Live Hotmail Customer Support
