This industry tends to make more bad hires with women in my opinion, because they are hired for something else besides their brains by men (who are also thinking with something else beside their brains).

Not that the men hit on their employees, but that they think a cute or attractive girl is most of being a good sales person or client manager.

Completely my opinion and of note from my observations is that this strategy totally did work in the early days when there was plenty of traffic and sales to go around. It doesn't work any more and a lot of companies still haven't gotten that memo.
