If they deleted his stuff and they didn't make a copy of it then yeah, that would be harsh. But they said they backed it all up, so really if they put it back then it is irrelevant.

Things are paid up, waiting to see what comes of the backups still. They are a little old and most of my newer work is probably turfed. Still waiting to see.
