Of course ... use windows for light, don't remember the last time I used the clothes dryer (5 years ago maybe), swapped out all the power guzzling bulbs and replaced them with the energy smart ones which made a big difference. Also turn stuff off at the wall when not using it which I was surprised to see made a big difference too.
Was shocked to learn most Americans don't hang clothes up to dry and just use the dryer... also that in some cities clothes lines are actually banned!!!!! Odd.
