I usually do my own mix of it. 2x per day, morning, then night. I do it before I eat, which not only reduces my appetite, but I feel like it burns more fat. This may NOT work for you, however, unless you can put in MAXIMUM effort ... the way I got around this was by eating a lot of small meals, which gave me the ability to really take the P90X workouts seriously.
