Actually The Italians invented professional diving. Everyone copied them. That's why they're the best.
There are at least 4 Italian led schools taught around the world showing people from Portugal, Argentina, Ivory Coats and Ghana the best way to get a foul created from nothing. In fact I'm pretty sure they showed a video already earlier in the thread.
