Thank you, JakeZ, for pointing out the truth. I always kep this in mind - had McCain won, we'd now have two more right-wing nutcases like Roberts and Alito, which would have completely ruined the Supreme Court for the next 50 years. As it is, if only Scalia or Thomas will die in the next 2 years, we can start to get that mess turned around. The Supreme Court alone meant that a Democrat had to be elected president in 2008, regardless of how good a president he is.
