Yes...the man had major flaws but the people of West Virginia apparently loved him. He never lost an election.

Sure they loved him.... He paid off everyone in the state that was part of the power structure with money drained from the rest of us.
I say good riddance to bad rubbish, and I pray we change things so that we never see his ilk again.
