I like lemonade with some vodka in it. You can just buy lemon juice and follow the instructions on the bottle to make the lemonade (you just add sugar and water) then mix 1 shot of vodka with about 2-3 shots of lemonade.

Cool, refreshing and good.

My girlfriend makes what she calls "panty dropping punch." It is equal parts Hawaiian punch, pineapple juice and dark rum. You can't even taste the booze so it sneaks up on you. As she puts it, "You are drinking them and having fun, then bam! you're hammered, naked and dancing on a table."
