In past tense a group of people HAVE and one person or a company HAS.
I do not agree that Apple HAS incorrectly named their products.
If we are talking present:
Apple is incorrectly naming their products. If you want a group of people you would say:
Apple employees ARE incorrectly naming their products.

Singular: ArseWithClass has been amazing the masses with his stupidity for years.
Plural: ArseWithClass and his trolls have been amazing the masses with their stupidity for years.
PRESENT

FUTURE
