nope, not even close to a good reason. Here are some good reasons:
- very sick.
- in the hospital.
- got in a car accident on way to work.
wanting to go to a protest doesn't even come close to a "good reason" to miss work. It sounds like they were aware if they SKIPPED work to protest that they would be fired. They made their choice, thank god for the USA. They chose to protest over have a job. Why are they bitching now? They knew what was going to happen and they made their choice. You have no idea how much a business suffers when a lot of the staff just doesn't show up for work. These people are irresponsible and obviously don't value their jobs or understand responsibility. They could have got someone else to switch shifts with them, they could have went before or after their shift. They could have just quit and told their boss they weren't coming and then went and found a new job. No, they just didn't show up and then think they could go back like nothing happened lol. morons.
