wanting to go to a protest doesn't even come close to a "good reason" to miss work. It sounds like they were aware if they SKIPPED work to protest that they would be fired. They made their choice, thank god for the USA. They chose to protest over have a job. Why are they bitching now?

generally i agree with that.. problem is i think the current political and racial issues that are outstanding, and directly tied into this matter, calls for independent arbitration.
I base that on people being denied the right to protest, at 9am, on a Saturday morning, at a chinese restaurant, in AZ.
