"Foo" or the traditionally spelled word "Phoo" is an elongated thai noodle with a duality of purposes. It's primary use is filler for noodle soup, however it has more recently found popularity throughout Southern East Asia due to its almost unnatural stickiness. The most common use for the "Foo" is as an adhesive to ply together wallpaper sheets, tapering top and bottom portions to evenly coat apartments, where regular glue is much more expensive, and oftentimes hard to procure. In many stores, both thin and Fat Foo are sold depending on the thickness of the wallpaper.
