It's looking like the bin for the east Coast often gets sent later, or evidently in this case sometimes not at all?

I'll gladly pay the $20 fee if Ccbill insists (first time I've had a lost with them in about 10 years), however I don't think I should have to pay in this case since it's pretty obvious the problem isn't isolated just to me and isn't my screw up. I guess I'll wait a while longer yet...
